OnePlus announced its new OnePlus 5T flagship phone on Thursday with some new features.
The device comes with two big hardware design changes as well as some smaller ones and new software features.
OnePlus 5T’s AMOLED screen boasts a 2160 x 1080 resolution. Though the OnePlus 5T carries roughly the same physical space as the OnePlus 5, the screen has been increased from 5.5 inches to 6.1 inches. The 1080p display will work better in bright sunlit environments and it is technically less sharp than the 1440p displays on other flagship Android smartphones.
The OnePlus 5T includes the rounded, sandblasted-aluminum chassis returns an encore and a headphone jack. It runs 3,300-mAh battery and the latest and fastest Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor. It provides 6GB or 8GB of RAM for fast performance so that buyers will also have their own choice.
When it comes to the price, OnePlus is offering the 5T in line with that of the OnePlus 5 – £449 in the UK for the 6GB RAM 64GB variant, £499 for the 8GB/128GB model.
The OnePlus 5T contains the dual-lens camera on the back which is also different from earlier this year’s OnePlus 5’s dual-lens shooter. The secondary telephoto lens replaced by a second wide-angle lens with a f/1.7 aperture which provides much better low-light performance and better portrait mode effects, according to OnePlus.
just like OnePlus 5’s zoom, the 5T has also equipped with an enhanced digital zoom, but it will obviously never be as good as optical zoom.
