Huawei has just officially revealed that it will announce the Huawei Mate 10 on October 16. The company already signaled that the event will be conducted on October 16 and now has officially confirmed via Twitter.
“Stay tuned for the Huawei Mate 10 series powered by Kirin 970,” the company captioned with an image on Twitter and company also stated that the event will happen in Germany’s Munich.
The Kirin 970 is a 10nm 64-bit octa-core processor and it contains dedicated Neural Processing Unit. This Kirin 970 comes with a 12-core GPU for Graphics processing. It will be interesting to see how efficient Kirin 970 is after unveiling the Huawei Mate 10 by the company.
The company has already confirmed that it will ship with a dual camera setup on the back and on the top of this dual camera setup; the Leica’s lenses will be included.
On the inside, the Huawei Mate 10 will contain 6GB of RAM. It is possible that the Huawei Mate 10 will come with preinstalled Android 8.0 Oreo along with the Huawei’s skin version called Emotion UI 6.0 which has not been announced just yet. According to the rumors, this device will probably contain a large display and robust battery.
