Woman Falsely Accused Consensual Sex As Rape Now Claiming Suffering From Psychiatric DisabilityIn Fairfield, Connecticut, on Friday, in a court session, a woman filed an application saying that she has psychiatric disability to evade the charges against her, which started when she falsely accused two men that they had raped her last year.

As per a court official, the woman named Nikki Yovino claimed a consensual sex into a rape case, which was proved wrong by the two university football players who were accused by her, and now she made-up her illness to evade jail terms for falsely accusing other people.

The judge had ordered that Yovino will undergo a psychological test to prove that she is mentally disabled, and if she was proven that she is mentally ill then the charges against her will be dropped. But, if she didn’t pass the test, then she’ll have to set for a jail-term, which is a total of two years in prison.

The report says the incident occurred in last year, in the month of October, and during a party time, the 19-year old Yovino, who a university student was hailed from New York had decided to have sex with two Sacred Heart Football players at once.

The football players claimed when they got accused, and they said it was a simple sex, which normal, but later she exaggerated the incident and claimed that she was raped. Later she admitted that she was lying about the incident, and she only made that up because of another person who might lose interest in her, whom she actually loves.
