Intoxication Manslaughter Accused On Texas City Commissioner, Says JudgeIn Galveston, Texas, on Monday, the authorities a city court has charged a city commissioner from the Texas City with two counts of intoxication manslaughter, because the particular individual has struck with a vehicle on a father and son, and killed them.

The commissioner was traveling in her pickup truck that collided while on a highway, and killed two people from a family, says an official.

As per the report, the name of the accused city commissioner is Dee Ann Haney, who is a 54-year old woman who was stoned when she was driving the vehicle, as the troopers found that she was smoking marijuana.

Soon after the incident took place on the highway, Haney was held in custody, and the Galveston Police also claimed that she was under the influence of marijuana or other such intoxicated-drugs, and thus take her to the station for proper investigation. Several testing was done on her, who includes the intoxication, and if she was on other influences when she was driving the car.

The incident occurred on the Interstate 45, at exactly the Galveston Causeway, on an early morning when both the men were trying to secure their stuff on the ramp shoulders, the pickup truck came and hit them straight to their death, say Galveston Police Capt.

Joshua Schirard. Later the coroner from the Galveston County Police identified the two men as father and son, while named them as 58-year old Douc Van Lee and 22-year old Hong Phuc Le, one was from Houston, and the other was from Dickinson respectively.
