In Beijing, this week will see the US-China closed-door meeting that will be held in Washington, which is said to be a diplomatic and security dialogue between the two nations that might include the topic of North Korea.
Many people know the relation between China and North Korea and on the other side the relation between North Korea and the US is also known to all as not sweet; thus the topic of recent incidents will be one of the big debates in the meeting. The recent North Korean missile test, as well as the nuclear threats to the US, will be one of the higher levels of discussions in the dialogue.
As per the reports from the Chinese foreign ministry spokesman, Geng Shuang, who said on Tuesday that, this dialogue is hoped to seek many positive conclusions on the current situation, and this also might replace the various non-successful talks between the two nations.
The discussion will luckily be on the main terms which include the recent territorial claims in the South China Sea as well terrorism in particular regions of the world, but this dialogue will be like an actual low scale war with words. Here, the inclusion of North Korea might also interest both the sides to come to a conclusion on the recent matters with the US by North Korea.
Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson with Defense Secretary Jim Mattis will be on the US-side, and on the Chinese side, their senior foreign policy adviser Yang Jiechi with military chief Fang Fenghui.
