United States Crushes Trinidad & Tobago in CONCAF World QualifiersThe CONCAF World Qualifiers held on 8th June, 2017 (Thursday) saw the deadly United States football team secure a 2-0 victory over Trinidad & Tobago. The match was held in the Commerce City of Colorado, in Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and hosted a thrilling match between the two nations.

Clint Dempsey of the United States team fired an early warning shot fifteen minutes into the game. The left-footed shot sailed just over the crossbar. Christian Pulisic helped the United States grab a great victory by scoring twice for his country. The proficient midfielder for Borussia Dortmund, Christian Pulisic scored the two crucial goals in the 52nd and the 62nd minutes to give United States the lead.

The win against T & T gave the United States’ team seven points in only five matches, setting the bar really high for the other participating nations. The night of the match against T & T, the United States’ team were placed at the fourth position on the table.

The United States next take on the well-coordinated and efficient team of Mexico who currently are at the top of the table. USA continues their climb to the top of the hexagonal table with a great margin that is yet to be closed down.  They need to recover from the early 0-2 start of the round and perform well in their upcoming match against Mexico.

Even though it is highly unlikely that they will go back down the Hexagonal table, the United States team really need to capture a few more wins and grab more points.
