In New Haven, Connecticut, competency hearing for a doctor who is charged with killing another doctor and attempt to kill another person, is set to hold in a court on this Monday, as the test trial to see whether the doctor is capable of coping up with a trial or not. As the doctor is mentally challenged and is now under forcible medication which is a problem for him to keep up with a court session, and despite his criminal charges, a sick person has no integrity to stand a trial, says officials.
According to the reports made by the police officials which shows the accused named Lishan Wang is killer, but at the same time he is also a mentally challenged person, who developed this type of mind before the murder and this may be one of the reasons behind the murder. Wang is scheduled to be present at New Haven Superior Court in Connecticut, on Monday, where he is supposed to have his competency hearings.
As per many reports, Wang the Chinese citizen is charged with killing an Indian-origin Yale University physician in 2010, and also attempted to kill the victim’s pregnant wife, the name of the victim was Dr. Vajinder Toor. This rage to kill the doctor by another doctor is nothing but a workplace dispute which occurred in 2008, and there was nothing else linked between them like one is a Chinese, and another is an Indian.
On Monday, it will be decided whether Wang will go for the main trial or not.
