Man Got Accused In A Road-Rage Confrontation That Kills One & Leaving AnotherIn Kansas City, Missouri, on Saturday, a local man suburban part was accused of a road-rage confrontation, which killed a man seated in another car along with his pregnant girlfriend who was injured in the process, says police official.

According to the report, the killer native to Independence, Missouri, named John Clarence Young Jr., who was found guilty of second-degree murder, illegal discharge of a weapon in a vehicle, and counts of armed criminal action with two sets, by Jackson County prosecutors. The prosecutors also requested to the judge to place an order for a $200,000 cash-only bond for the 45-year-old Young; still, there was no attorney present for the killer, as it seems he didn’t appoint any.

It was known, that Young stopped the car in the busy traffic of Kansas City, and shot several rounds at the car, where two people were seated, one is the driver, and the other is his girlfriend. The driver’s name was Christopher Hutson, a 19-year-old from Lee’s Summit, along with his girlfriend who was also seven months pregnant with Hutson’s child, like the fact Hutson died, but his girlfriend was released from the hospital after minor treatments. Hutson’s girlfriend told the police about the incident happen and told how they were coming from a sonogram appointment, and how the killer comes as a surprise shooting at them.

On the other hand, the accused killer, Young have something to say in his defense, which he wanted to tell it to his attorney first, and then to the court in the next session.
