In Indiana, the fourth such incident arises of a wild turkey ran into a car and broke the windshields leaving all the passengers and the drivers a near death experience by enhancing the panic levels into them, says the highway police.
Last week a motorist traveling alone in his SUV on the Indiana Highways, and suddenly got hit by a wild turkey, and it just rammed into the windshield and leaving the motorist injured in the process.
This was the fourth time such incident take place, as in the previous times the wild turkey just ran over the vehicles on the highway and died, and all the times the turkey leave the vehicle driver with minor to no injuries. But, this time was different as the turkey ran into the 2007 Chevy Tahoe’s windshield and then it was ended up in the rear end of the SUV, as the vehicle driver was in shock due to the result.
The turkey accidentally broke the windshield and directly hit the rear hatch of the SUV; as a result, it died, and it was also noted later the bird died just after it crashed into the windshield.
As per the police officials, one of the theories behind this incident is that the turkey wants to fly over the vehicle and ended up dead in the rear end of it.
Although no exact reason is unknown, there is a theory behind this current season, which is the mating season for those wild turkeys of Indiana.
