In the southeastern region of the United States, there was a massive tornado hit the region on Monday, and bringing in strong winds along with heavy rain, which becomes deadly as it killed a 3-year-old baby girl and her mother pushing for a region-wise high-alert.
According to the National Weather Service’s Storm Prediction Center based in Oklahoma, a tornado hits the states of Mississippi and South Carolina partially, while it will take a greater body and hit the US states of Alabama with greatest effects. Thus, a state-wise cum region-wise alert has been issued as no one knows where it is going to strike harder.
On the other hand, the 3-year-old Neville Alexander, and her mother the 38-year-old Francine Gotch were killed while they were inside their mobile home which got flipped out from its foundations and killed them instantly.
As per the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office Major G. Higgins, the mobile house was located near Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, which is about 50 miles west of Baton Range. He also said that the trailer just got flipped and tore apart by the blazing storm, and killed the family members instantly. While the father was outside, gone to the grocery store when the storm strikes the region, but when he saw the massive storm strikes the places he rushed to returning his home and found his family dead.
On the other hand, the Governor of Louisiana John Bel Edwards has set the state’s status on high alert as another wave of storms could hit the region without any mercy.
